Michelle is a fourth-generation Utahn, residing in Cottonwood Heights with her husband and two children. She brings a blend of strategic insight and creative drive to her work, shaped by a background in non-profit leadership, outdoor industries, and entrepreneurship. Passionate about purpose-driven projects, Michelle is known for her critical thinking, integrity, and clear communication. Outside of work, she’s most at home in the mountains—skiing, snowboarding, climbing, or camping—and finds creative fulfillment through landscape photography.
